To opt-out of a specific text messaging program, text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode or 10 digit phone number for that particular program to cancel. After texting one of these keywords to our shortcode or 10 digit phone number, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
